There are, of course, no pictures available of Pateley Bridge, the
layout, so here are a couple of pictures showing the two stations around the
time our model will be set (1920s/30s).
J21 No 1515 has arrived in the NER station from Harrogate
with an excursion in 1935.
Milner is ready to depart from the NVLR station with a passenger train for
Lofthouse, 1928.
G5 No 67253 arriving at Pateley Bridge (BR) with a regular branch passenger
train
in March 1961 just before passenger services ended on 2 April that year. A bit
more recent than our modelling period, but not much had
changed.
